How much do I need to buy to get free shipping?

As a MARKERS & Pearls customer in Denmark, you get free shipping on all orders over 300 kr. The shipment is sent with GLS or DAO to the nearest parcel shop.

What stick size do your markers fit?

The regular needles generally fit on size 8 needles. However, some of the needles may be produced slightly smaller, so they fit tightly on size 8 needles. Therefore, you are on the safe side if you think that they always fit on size 7 needles.

The markers on cables fit all large needles, even those larger than size 10.

The hole of the ring measures 14mm so they also fit on large sticks.

It has now been 7 business days and I still haven’t received my letter. When will it arrive?

When you place an order with MARKERS & Pearls, you can always choose to send it as a letter with PostNord. In these cases, the letter is unfortunately not traceable, so I don’t know when the letter will land in your mailbox. Once I send your letter off, it’s out of my hands. It is therefore at your own risk if you choose this option. I encourage you to have the shipment sent with either GLS or DAO, as these shipments arrive faster and can also be tracked.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes! At MARKERS &Pearls it is possible to order to most countries. If you can’t find the country you want delivery to at check-out, please send me an email and I’ll look into it.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes! I ship to most countries. When you are making your purchase choose your country at check out. If it is not available, please send me an e-mail on info@markersandpearls.dk, and I’ll check it out and get back to you.

I’ve fallen in love with some of your sold-out markers. When will they be back in stock?

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that sold-out markers will be back in stock. However, you are welcome to contact me via email to see if your desired markers are likely to be back in stock in the near future.

How do I return my goods?

If you regret your purchase or the goods are not as expected, you can always return them. Here you need to send an email to
info@markersandpearls.dk
stating your order number. and which items you want to return. Once you have received a response to your inquiry, send the goods to the following address:

Once I have received your letter with the markers you want to return, I will refund the money for them. Returns are at your own expense, and most items can be returned by post for 12 kroner in postage. This is at your own expense.
