We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.  Payment MARKERS &Pearls accepts payment with Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro and MobilePay. The payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT. moms. Subject to price errors and sold out/discontinued items.  Delivery MARKERS &Pearls strives to ship orders received before 3 pm the same day on weekdays. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. We ship to all of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Germany. We offer the following shipping options – letter with PostNord (OBS- not trackable and at your own risk), trackable parcel with DAO or GLS to either a parcel shop or as home delivery. For orders over DKK 500, shipping is free in Denmark when delivered to a DAO parcel shop.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. Right of complaint A 2-year warranty is given in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by improper handling of the product or wear and tear. You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. MARKERS &Pearls will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.  Right of withdrawal You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.   The period is calculated from the day you; – receive the order. – takes physical possession of the last good in the case of a contract for several different goods ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in batches. – takes physical possession of the last lot or part in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts. – takes physical possession of the first goods in the case of regular deliveries of goods over a certain period of time. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at info@markersandpearls.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and provide your order number. If you wish to return the item to us, you must include your order number in the package and send the item to: MARKERS &Pearls Ørbækgårds Alle 420, DK-2970 Hørsholm You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice of this.  Returns You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must include your order number in the package. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received the goods back. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.   You are only liable for any deterioration in the value ofthe goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it in a physical store. If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must try out the product without actually using it.  Refund If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of having returned it before then.  Personal data policy In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:   Name Address Phone number E-mail address Information about what you have purchased   We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase.
